How your information is handled

• Your account details: first name, last name (optional), and email.
• The answers you give in the assessment.
• A résumé, only if you choose to upload one. It is optional.
• A record of any purchase, handled by our payment processor.
• Basic website analytics: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, and time on page.

Your information is used to generate your career report and so that Germain can support you. If you opt in, he may contact you about your assessment or coaching. Your data is never sold, and never shared for advertising.

To improve the site, we collect privacy-respecting analytics about how it is used: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, how far pages are scrolled, and time on page. Some of this runs first-party on our own systems; we may also use a privacy-focused analytics processor (PostHog) for aggregate usage insights and session diagnostics. Analytics are never sold or shared for advertising, and behavior is tied to your account only when you are signed in.

If you upload a résumé, it is stored securely, visible only to Germain, and never shared or shown in marketing. You consent before anything is uploaded, and you can request its deletion at any time.

If you join a cohort, you get access to community channels and private messages. Messages you send are stored so conversations persist and are visible to their participants (and, for a cohort channel, to cohort members). Germain, as the administrator, can view messages to keep the community safe and can remove content that breaks the community guidelines. You can block another member or report a message at any time. Be kind and professional — this is a space for support.

Cohort sessions and webinars run on Google Meet. Sessions may be recorded so you can catch up if you miss one; recordings are stored in Germain’s Google Drive and shared only with participants. We may also see who attended a session and for how long, to support the program. Joining a live session means you consent to being recorded; if you would rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off, or let Germain know.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not stored on this site. A receipt is emailed to you after a successful payment.

You can permanently delete your account and all your data yourself, anytime, from your account page (or ask us through the contact form). You can also unsubscribe from community and notification emails using the link at the bottom of those emails; essential emails like receipts and session details still send.
